I was very impressed and appreciative of Colonials responsiveness to our needs and willingness to work with us to a win-win deal, not only in the purchase of our beautiful new bus, but also in taking care of a minor issue which Colonial went many miles out of their way to correct at our convenience.
Never did I feel pressured or manipulated as I have had many times, in my life, buying cars.
